It was pretty good pay and the hours were ok. it wasnt that bad overall. i would maybe go back

Cons

they dont like overtime and they could sometimes cut you on hours.

Management is always willing to help with any questions or concerns. Great work environment. Team effort. Great training and gets you in shape.

Cons

Hard to grow within the organization unless you personally know top level managers. Many of the employees get special treatment

Good pay, as far as logistics and trucking goes good training great benefits they really do their best to provide good retirement for employees.

Cons

Lots of labor relations problems he who kisses the most ass gets the prize at the end of the day it's still a trucking company, not very sexy.
