Pros

Same hours every day, GREAT tuition reimbursement program, okay pay, excellent health benefits (kick in after a year), easy to get hired. Perfect job for college students or people who just need an extra job.

Cons

Not a lot of flexibility in hours and days off. They will expect you to be there every single day and not to be late. Some supervisors are more flexible than others. The job can be monotonous, since you will probably be doing the same thing every day. Also, if you can't lift 70 pounds, don't bother applying. It takes a year for health benefits and paid vacation to kick in.
