Pay, benefits, experience. Looks great on a resume, room for career growth, lots of benefits that make an overall great compensation, hourly work is a great paid workout. UPS is everywhere and will be around for a long time.

Cons

Most positions are high stress jobs, lots of hours for most full timers.

The Benefits at UPS are great.Detail orientation and a tough skin are needed to deal with people. Benefits are great especially as you get towards retirement.Familly type orientation between departments.
