Pros

Drivers were good to work with. Pay could have been decent if work was available.

Cons

No Hours, Poor Communication, Misleading Orientation. As a seasonal driver helper, I was told to expect 20-30 hours per week. I was called for the first time 7 days after orientation and told to be ready to work. I met the driver on time, finished the route with him in 2 hours, went the next day, took 4 hours, then didn't get a call till the end of the next week. They call you, spend the money to onboard you, then don't give you the hours to make it worthwhile.
