Pros

UPS is an easy place to work. the pay is pretty good. It is not hard to get a job at UPS.

Cons

There is not a whole lot of upward movement at UPS. You just do the same thing everyday. It is easy to get fired.

Pros

Weekly pay, Ability to maintain a personal life, post-season opportunities, and lots of exercise (if you want it)

Cons

Minimum wage does not add up to work load. Some drivers will; feed you, help you (as they should), and make sure you're good at all times.....SOME WILL NOT because they are inconsiderate and have no respect for newcomers who receive little pay. Working in the rain sucks, but I expect it so no biggie
