Pros

If you luck out with a cool driver it could be a nice temporary gig. At first it's kind of cool but the novelty wears off real fast.

Cons

No job advancement. No care for workers (health and well being included). Pay is tiny compared to extensive labor you will probably be doing.

Pros

I was treated very fairly and with a lot of respect. I was teamed up with several different drivers over the Christmas holiday and each one was incredibly friendly and fun to be around. I was given a lot of hours on a regular schedule. It's also nice to deal with people and get to know local businesses.

Cons

Some drivers are definitely better than others. It can be frustrating to have a slower driver when you're trying to work as efficiently as possible. It's tiring work, but it definitely gets easier as the days go by. I have heard some people have trouble getting picked up for hours, but as long as you work hard for your driver and show up on time they will probably request you each day so you won't have to call into the dispatch center every morning. I had to buy a brown jacket out of pocket because they ran out of the uniforms.

Pros

It's a great workout. You get paid every week. The drivers are great, hardworking people. The pay is better than other seasonal jobs.

Cons

It feels like you're being used (because you are). Being with a driver all day, you can see how poorly they are treated by management. There is also no set schedule.
