Pros

No pros at the moment Leadership showed no remorse in a townhall where they announced closing operations sites and laying off thousands of employees. They were happy. HAPPY.

Cons

- my manager gave me a suggestion based on his 25yrs of service in UPS, "RUN. RUN as far away as possible from UPS." - Slow growth - Favouritism - Regardless of knowledge, people are promoted to Architect or Principal roles just because they are in line for promotion

Pros

Some good people within the tech side,

Cons

Too many changes and far too quickly regarding reorganizations and restructuring. They get rid of people with vast amounts of knowledge and decide not to replace them.
