Pros

- Great Benefits - Great Bonuses (MIP Program) - Great people to work with if you are in the right team

Cons

- Horrible Middle Management - Management did not know how to do their job - Management bullied employees - Management needed help executing their own job functionalities - No HR - When you report something to HR literally nothing happens unless you follow up 3 times - Promotions depends on which team you are on - If you are in the right team you will get a promotion - If you receive a promotion or promotion to a better role, Management has the ability to strike it down - After you interviewed with another team for a promotion or another position and you get offered the position, your current management can strike that promotion down to ensure you stay in your current position
