Pros

Like my title says, working for UPS I.S. is great if you're fresh out of college and you want to add experience to your resume. They have a leadership program that you can take advantage of, although you need to be chosen to do so and it's really if you're thinking of staying with the company. If you're looking for slow paced with little probability of being fired, then this is the place for you, it's as close to working for the government as you can get while still in private industry.

Cons

Top heavy middle management, making it difficult for career advancement. Lots of people in it to draw a pay check and wait for their retirement rather than do anything innovative. Slow paced and unexciting. Too much corporate structure of a bygone era and office politics.

Pros

Can not think of anything positive.

Cons

The open door policy doesn't exist, even though they stated so in their rules and regulations booklet. The human resource will work with the management to eliminate whoever points out their shortcomings.
