Pros

You get the opportunity to work with amazing people and work towards relevant and meaningful goals. There are the perks include sitting in on high-level meetings (though some are shut) and to see diplomacy in action.

Cons

During the summer, it can get tedious. And as an unpaid intern in NYC, it's expensive.

Pros

Maternity leave is 4 months which is a lot by US standards

Cons

Where do I begin. Outdated payment structure results in vast pay differences that have nothing to do with merit. The "G" and "P" categories are a strange caste system that don't work in practice and lead to countless misery.

Pros

Good company, good people, interesting duties, people seems to be helpful, many resources availiable, your are responsible, and you feel it, no shared responsibility

Cons

Many people do not develop, just sitting the same place for many years. In addition the corporate culture is not clear, managers let themselves go beyond written policy, while staff suffocates
