Pros

Diversified culture and you could learn a lot and also interact with different people with a diversity of skillsets.

Cons

Life-work balance, not that suitable for the young people who are eager to work a lot everyday. Also, no payment for interns.

Pros

Interesting work environment, with lots of analysis and the feeling that you are contributing to global affairs. Some very smart people to work with and learn from. It is a really great work environment.

Cons

There is a singular lack of transparency on HR management. Long time processes for recruitment, even when you are already staff, rumours of favouritism in getting better posts/duty stations. Disconnect between the policies and the reality.
