Pros

Inter-cultural diversity. Compelling mission. Excellent work-life balance. Development programs may be really interesting. Very good opportunity to grow and learn, particularly during the first years of employment. Some staff members gain excellent opportunity to serve in various country settings.

Cons

Organizational culture predominantly political and based on favoritism. Recruiting processes lack transparency. Management best-practice is usually considered second-rate.
