Pros

Some great people working there that really do care about the work they are doing.

Cons

Way too bureaucratic. You really need to know someone to get a position or to suck up to someone at a higher level to get a promotion.

Pros

Lots of opportunity to meet people from diverse backgrounds and travel, and just great if you want to make a difference in the world or at least try to. Great health coverage.

Cons

Depending on how long you have been there, but it can often be difficult to move up the ladder. The system is also very bureaucratic.
