Pros

Working with people from all over the world is the best part of working for the United Nations.

Cons

Very limited possibilities for growth and mobility within the organization especially if in the General Service category. You have virtually no chance of moving up. The system also has different rules for different people. Highly highly bureaucratic.

too much mannagers, u must request your time off at least 6 month in advance
