Pros

Work life balance Income Tax Exemption Sounds cool

Cons

Very bureaucratic. Colleagues' attitude depends on your your position and level. Full of toxic people. It really depends on the team that you work in. I experienced discriminations and bullying, Also not much gender inequality in my unit. Messy HR system. It takes months even up to half year to complete a recruiting cycle. HRs are not helpful at all. Low income for tech people. It's quite unfair that tech people get same pay as other job categories.
