Pros

Working at the UN is extremely fulfilling; one's hard work is repaid well in terms of salary and benefits. The UN truly provides an interesting, multicultural, fun work environment, where you learn and grow every day.

Cons

It can prove to be a frustrating work place some times, but that naturally exists in the field of diplomacy.

Pros

it gives an opportunity to work in fields of wide range of activities cutting across various sections of the population in the world

Cons

selection procedures pre determined and women managers have ruined the system , with very stupid knowledge they lead a team and dump all work to the junior staff
