- work life balance - fully remote options - trusted leadership - great training and support

Cons

- sales org has some overlapping roles and isn’t run as efficiently as it could be

Pros

Remains having a positive culture despite being mostly remote. Confident in direction and mission of the company. Follows a remote-first workforce. Good leadership and not micro-managy. The service itself aligns perfectly in today’s world which allows selling to be somewhat easier as it’s something most organizations would greatly benefit from.

Cons

OTE is fairly competitive but I believe a higher OTE would attract and retain more reps.
