Solid commission structure, great coworkers

High pressure. They do not properly educate on your goals in the first 90 days. The goal kept changing, and they act like this was the goal all along.

Very good middle management. UM is a bit out of touch.

Cons

Almost overly structured. But that may need to be the case with a majority of the workforce WFH. Burnout rate is VERY high. Super high volume of calls per day is expected.
