Pros

Unlimited PTO and many holiday days off Reimbursement policy Insurance Can pick up some new skills

Cons

-Most of the Managers do not truly listen to issues and most lack empathy. You are NOT a good manager if you don’t have it. -The pay structure is unimpressive compared to other tech companies especially when you actually have true skills. -People don’t get paid what they deserve. Either too much or not enough. -Favoritism is a wild theme here. Leads to poor morale. I guess friends come first. -Getting lied straight to your face is disrespectful, especially regarding work feedback. -The turnover rate has gotten out of hand. That needs to be talked about seriously. -Seems like only the sales team is cared about, even though other teams keep things running as well. However, I’ve heard from many sales staff members regarding bad treatment.

Pros

Great benefits, nice diversity program, good values. The leaders do care, and your voice can be heard if you work and put in the time. Recognition is good.

Cons

The Enterprise new business team (AE, BDR) is very much still figuring it out. BDR books are very messy and lack direction. Majority of AEs did not even hit 50% of quota in 2020. Whole sales org went through a huge layoff and restructure, eliminating 60 roles to focus on bigger enterprise. Performance plans are a big part of the culture. Leaders work hard but lack experience. Its a tough sell with not as big a market as the company first predicted and now they're paying for it. If you're a good enterprise level sales rep, you'll make more money pretty much anywhere else with less of a struggle. If you're a BDR, there is a limited career path here with many people in front of you to get promoted.

Pros

This is a company that cares about its employees! They were among the first of the companies to send everyone home when COVID came to the US in an abundance of caution. I have also been very impressed with how employees who are strong performers (both FTE and Contract) are recognized for their contributions and promoted from within. I also see people transfer internally when there is a role that is more aligned with their interests. One of the best things about this company is the people that work here, smart, kind, and motivated colleagues make me enjoy work! I think this company has a tremendous amount of potential, especially in this new world of remote work.

Cons

This is not a con, but you will be expected to perform at a high level here! If you are looking for a company where can disappear into the crowd, this is not it. If you are looking for a company where you can make an impact and get visibility for the hard work you contribute, then this is that!
