Pros

People really care about their job here, and are generally motivated by the fact that we are creating job opportunities all over the world outside of gender, ethnicity, location, appearances, and all that. Free lunch three times a week plus a work from home day doesn't hurt either.

Cons

The merge has been hard on culture, there hasn't been enough effort made to blend the two companies, but I have faith things will work out.

Pros

Pay and benefits were pretty good. Only reason I stayed.

Cons

Chaotic leadership. People are constantly busy doing things that don't matter as there is no clear understanding of what the strategy is or what success looks like.
