Bad practices under incompetence leadership

Colleagues, you appreciate having good colleagues dealing with unprofessional directors.

Cons

Wondering why the company hasn't been audited for bad practices. It is not worthy to work in this company unless it is your first job or you really need the money. You can get better job opportunities with better salaries and right set of goals and good labor practices. Company hires locals to do the job who deal on daily basis with inefficient heads of each department that are brought from other country. Managers quit every month because the culture is terrible, VFS brings foreign because it pays low salaries that for them is a big money but they don't have a clue of what the USA labor laws are about.

Job security because you can do everything wrong and still have a job.

Cons

Everything. Operations management is absolutely terrible. If the operation is terrible, so is everything else.
