Still trying to figure it out.

Cons

No work/life balance. Minimal pay increase. Lack of proper training. Upper Management not in touch with processes. No loyalty to employees. The company tells you how to answer YOUR review for the company!!!

if you need experience and have no choice

Cons

salary is terrible overworked for low pay especially in London High turnover of staff everyone is temporary Management are horrible and patronising Extremely terrible handling of the pandemic attempted to fire 3/4 of staff and then furloughed everyone to then cancel contracts when the scheme ended. Expect you to work like a dog literally do 50 things at once with no recognition
