Nothing is good in this company only salary comes on time.

I have worked for 4 years in this company. At the time of pramotion they does not consider your skills in work, They consider your skills in Flirting and the employe who entertain the management. He or She will be pramoted. Kindly note that i am talking about Ahmedabad India center only.

Skills aquired are not recognized in other industries. If you suck up to your bosses you go places or else you are stuck where you are for years on end. Very strong YES BOSS CULTURE. CEO uses abusive language and this has rubbed off on most senior managers. Employees are not cared for, no proper policies in place. Expats are distinguished between and a lot of favoritism.
