The technology to sell is just awesome. Their vision of the future of IT is phenomenal. The direction of where IT should go is completely in line with what VMware has to offer to their customers and that's exciting.

Cons

Internal processes and pressure for sales can get under your skin at times. This is a quite young company fighting with the big boys and sometimes it gets weary.
