Pros

Ultimate goal is to keep customers happy but you can’t do that with employees who are burnt out. VMware has therefore given all employees a free day off every quarter since the start of the pandemic allowing us to recharge our batteries and stay motivated for the days ahead. Also a great place for work/life balance and real opportunities for volunteering and personal growth.
