Pros

Decent PTO, benefits, and work/life balance.

Cons

VMware has recently taken an extreme approach to “inclusion”. Managers openly discuss the fact that white males need an exception to be hired, even for internal roles. Internal recruiting process is a disgrace. It’s one thing to leave external candidates hanging, but the blatant disrespect shown to internal candidates is disgusting.
