Pros

Benefits package is first class and you are rewarded for doing great work. A high concentration of truly talented people means you are driven to excel yourself. The company now has a clear strategy and the product stack is the industry standard. The stock options are an exceptional deal and sees double digit returns

Cons

International travel is economy class only unless you are VP, when you travel a lot to Asia and the States it can be tiring. One slight negative or working with highly technical teams is that process can be alien to them and can cause frustration when working with them.
