Business Outlook

Pros

Great perks and overall good benefits. Solid tools to leverage such as Gainsight , SFDC and Slack Some fantastic people I personally have a great manager and am thankful for that They responded to covid in a really caring and respectful way in 2020 which I found truly amazing. I loved Pat Gelsinger but he is no longer with VMware as of this week as he went to Intel. That is a big loss.... Pat was a very good, caring leader from my experience.

Cons

Too many different teams and processes to follow Nothing fun is really planned, even virtually. This is def not the fun start-up vibe. Like you won't be having a virtual wine tasting or some surprise package with things to help with quarantine like you would get with a start up. The culture is so-so. There is so much turnover its mind-blowing.
