Typical big company benefits are nice and include a generous wellness stipend Working with smart people who want to do well Working with big brands on mission critical applications

Cons

Broadcom's strategy for making a profit from the purchase will not be a good experience for employees or customers The worst systems, tools and processes I have ever had the misfortune of using due to poor integration between Core systems and Pivotal systems High employee and leader turnover makes it difficult to make progress or know who is responsible for actions and outcomes Tanzu Product is in transition. The company made a tactical error in messaging and customers are confused. It is also too expensive.
