Great place and environment. No limits in learning and experimenting Good in pay

Though part of team, gear up to work on your own Too much of expectations from customers, and thus pressures. The above seem cons to few and good for others, if we perceive these as cons.. do not come as this will not change and ppl here are enjoying this. Actually there're no cons in specific except there's no role based "what's next?" in career for GSS.
