Great technology, great developers all across the world

Cons

Bad management decisions in VMware support organization. Closing the Canadian support site in Burlington ON was very bad move hurting many customers for the sake of saving a few bucks . This was the most tenured site among all the VMware support sites. Many customers did complain for quality of service after this bad move. This was a center of excellence and they just dropped it as if nothing will change.
