Pros

1. Lots of good people around you in "development" 2. WiFi office 3. Free A/C Cabs 4. Office celebrations are there but those are on weekends only 5. No variable component in salary, this gives you `over the market` feeling 6. Technically better and organized development projects.

Cons

1. Generally HR policies are not communicated. Sometimes they have immature reply. Serious improvement is recommended. 2. No Library, they have 20 books kept somewhere. 3. Office is not clean, carpets can easily tell you the "big picture" 4. Filthy vendors, office food is below standards. Techpark is very costly. You can't afford to have food in techpark food court daily. HR team should try eating lunch sold by vendors at office. The bottom line is - "Have food and give your own review". In case HR dept is reading this - Don't make it one day show, make it 2 times a week. you will get to know the quality(if don't know this yet). 5. Leave policies are not good. They promised that after vmware acquisition you will see better policies coming in. But that was all fake.

Pros

free cab payment is good when you work for phones otherwise it is average but they would love to bag you for free

Cons

No Process policies HR team does not have clue about policies. On asking they will fetch details from atlanta. India Dev team management is getting worse as it is dependent on a single person who REALLY needs soft skill classes. Work from home is just for old employees, if you are just 1 year old to office you will be abused to ask work from home. PTO is a nightmare. you need to sacrifice your personal life. Your team leads are "so called techies" but they are hired because they could bag them for less money not technically brilliant. Don't expect much from them. People are overloaded with work and given no value. Only few are recognized as "go doers". Best of everything, I feel happy to leave this office. felt unfortunate working here.
