Pros

Cons
1) Office culture can be a bit monotonous sometimes. 2) Its still a growing company , more efforts and money are put on expansion but not facilities. No Gym/TT/Pool table in office. Can get hard to kill boredom. 3) Less frequent team outings and lunches. 4) You will get a pinch for leaves. However a better understanding with your manager can get you some help.
