VMware hates Canada... no respect for hardwork and dedication

- community and charity services are encouraged... paid 40 hrs to volunteer and matching gifts - the teams worked well and the front-line engineers were easy to work with and helpful

Cons

Senior Management (directors and VPs) lied until he last day, prior to closing the support center... for over a year they promised and painted rosy pic of "center of excellence" and dropped the support center. Just after shutting down the center, VMware went full swing hiring in all other support centers!!

Cons

Senior Management in GSS Cork haven't a clue how to run a successful technical support center for enterprise. You will not have any work-life balance - even though Senior Mgmt will parade their great work-life balance accomplishments at the quarterly meetings - it's nothing but BS. Their mistakes will become your problems and you will be blamed for their failings.
