Good place to start but...

Pros

Very dynamic and fast growing company. Good to learn about latest cloud and virtualization technology. Product is easy to sell in majority of the time. Flexible working hours but not all the time.

Cons

Pay is below market average. No real appreciation from managers. You are stuck doing the same thing forever without any clear ways on how you can go on with your career and get promoted. Some sales people doesn't have the simple common sense on how to deal with the day to day work.

Very good team spirit. Right mix of hard work and fun. Empowerement of people in countries to drive their job the way they want, as long as results is there. Products are very good and appreciated by customers and partners. Stil the energy and fast moving environment of a startup!
