Very high quality software.. Definitely the best in the virtual backup field so it's easy to sell and support Energetic and exciting atmosphere Consistently offers employees on the job training so there is Advancement potential

Cons

Ineffective (non-existent) training for new employees that is followed by unrealistic expectations from management. Unclear about what is expected from you and how you can improve.
