Pros

The pay is good and the perks.

Cons

If you like being micromanaged and having everything you do not be enough, that you are not given any training, and the documentation is outdated, but it's your fault.

Pros

Great company, good culture, lots of support from management and HR for any personal concerns. Pay is good, they finally embraced 100% remote work.

Cons

Hours and hours of phone calls, every single day. They have pledged to their clients that any technical support case, regardless of the severity or technical experience level, can request a remote support session ( where you control the customers computer ) for their case and these MUST be honored. These calls typically last 1 hour, and can last 3 hours or even longer. There are advancement opportunities for specialization of the software but not as many for new team leads or managers. Senior management is tone deaf to the concerns of the agents. You are encouraged to report any problem, but no action will be taken to alleviate the condition. Elitism and snobbery are common in the engineering teams and reporting it gets you nowhere.

Pros

Benefits, office, general employees, salary

Cons

This too- After working as an office manager for over 4+ months, my manager requested a meeting. During that meeting, she expressed her admiration for my fast and efficient work, assigning me difficult and unprecedented tasks. Sadly, she deliberately sent them my way to try and break me. She was waiting for me to give up and ask for help, but I refused to do so, impressing her even more, which got her more angry. However, approximately two weeks later, she called for a second meeting, handed me a document, and asked me to sign it, stating that I should leave the company voluntarily due to an irreconcilable conflict between us. - she couldn’t break me. This was only the second time I had interacted with her, and she blamed me for not understanding that I needed to approach her for assistance. As far as I can tell, it seems to be a common occurrence in this company that, despite working diligently and being an exemplary employee, a jealous manager can force you to sign a resignation document. From what I've discovered and heard after, it's her usual practice to test new employees by attempting to break them, and if they fail, she either hire them or coerce them into resigning.
