      Pros

      Veolia offered a good work life balance, providing the ability to work remote along with flexibility of altering schedule to accommodate your life.

      Cons

      While employed, there was a lot of management change, which made it difficult to feel secure in your position. In my position, I went through 3 different managers in the last year. The last manager also never even reached out to talk/discuss my position for the first 2 months.

      Pros

      There are shining stars within the organization. These few and far between carried the local field ops crews. Training was in abundance, not sure about now, however.

      Cons

      Glass ceilings galore. If you don't play the game and undercut others, then you're on the outside. They drive out the movers and shakers through dead end career tracks.

      Pros

      There a lot of turnover which means if you are patient and ambitious you will be able to move up the company fairly quickly. They have a fantastic graduation reimbursement program. Good benefits. A fairly easy job, great for individuals right out of college as a way to enter the workforce.

      Cons

      Pay is not in accordance with the Boston Housing Market despite majority of onsite's being located int eh Greater Boston area. Work can be kind of dull ( picking up waste every single day). They rely heavily of temp-to-hire which facilitates the rapid turnover rate. These employees are paid significantly less for about 6-9 months, making them understandably disgruntled workers.
