      Pros

      Good environment and management support. Health Benefits are okay but time off and work/family balance is good. Good support for tuition and extending education.

      Cons

      The company is in a transition and it is hard to understand the direction and priorities. I do believe that this will be resolved at some point down the line though.

      Good healthcare, paid fully by the company. Good office atmosphere. Flexible working conditions. work from home a possibility depending on your job role.

      Cons

      possibility for internal promotion is very difficult. Many departments managed from a UK office, whereby staff loyalty and commitment is not recognised.
