      Very good people who truly care about the company and their coworkers. Veolia is a global company with a very diverse portfolio of business. This diversity protects against the volatility some companies experience when they have limited service offerings. You will also experience a depth of support which can only be developed in a mature company. If you are looking for a long-term focused, growth oriented company, then Veolia is the right company for you.

      Cons

      The culture is evolving from an older, more institutional culture to a younger, more dynamic culture. This evolution leads to a different employee experience depending upon where your department is in relationship to the evolution. The change is happening and once completed, will make the culture even better for all employees.
