      Good company going through changes

      Pros

      Good leadership, committed to doing the right thing, good benefits, competitive pay. Veolia is the leader in my industry and they work hard to stay on top.

      Cons

      The bosses changed earlier this year and there are people moving in and out of the company. But things have stayed the same mostly out at the job sites.

      Pros

      Good people, global opportunities, major transformation has concluded so perhaps the fruits of all the changes will be forthcoming soon.

      Cons

      Ongoing restructuring and revolving door of leaders in North America make it a difficult environment to succeed in. Yes, change is the one constant in business, but there needs to be some level of consistency in goals for employees to understand how they're contributing. No diversity at the senior levels at all.
