      Some support functions staff very helpful and willing to listen.

      Cons

      A lot of company polities which does make it difficult to support managers in making the right decision on certain matters. A lot of work carried out and catch up on own time- no appreciation from the right people.

      The people are were the best things about working at Veolia. Management were good to me when I got ill.

      The downside is downturn in Engineering work in Australia . 3 Years of down sizing
