Good pay, opportunities to grow and relocate within company although pay is usually lower when relocating. Good sick time, 20 days for exempt employees that is something not heard of

Cons

Average medical and 401k benefits. Vacation is only 2 weeks to start and not negotiable. Lot of racism going on at lower level employees

They were very helpful in finding diverse job responsibilities for me to learn different areas of the business. Lunch and learns were helpful in deciding what I wanted to focus the next steps of my career in.

Slow paced work environment; conversations do not regularly extend beyond small talk unless it was specifically about work Low opportunity for career growth Sub par benefits Not a great environment for young professionals
