      Lack of health and safety Constantly overlooking risk assessments and method statements breaking health and safety rules Industrial service managers are incompetent and have no organisation skills constantly blame everyone else for their mistakes Management like yes men don’t like workers who offer their opinion Lack man management skills Cardiff industrial services managers are about as much use as a chocolate teapot

      Low Pay but Good Atmosphere

      Can have as much overtime as you want basically which makes up for low pay. Everyone is nice and helpful

      Have to get a CDL and need to stay out on the road once in a while
