Great vision and growth. Winning culture which is lead from the top. The work life balance afforded to employees is exceptional, teamed with a big focus on training and development. With recent changes across the business there is huge potential for internal mobility and the team are really supportive. Heaps of fantastic work benefits too!

Cons

There have been a few organisational changes lately which could have been communicated better. The business is so spread out, so connecting to employees can sometimes be a challenge.

Company leader worldwide, never short of opportunities and challenges. French company with this unique "je ne sais quoi", different from the UK/US scheme, succesfull anyway.

Cons

HIghly political, it is difficult to step into the management level despite all the merit in the world.

Only company that was hiring young water engineers in France back in 2009. Best job to get lot of experience in a short time. French time-off is good according to the number of working hours.

Cons

Work-life balance is difficult in that position. Poor evolution vision.
