Pros

Great concept, environmental service company that offered all forms of waste services incl non haz, hazardous, waste water, haz recycling of bulbs and ballasts, etc. leadership invested in cross training management and sales to offer as much as possible to clients.

Cons

Recently sold the solid waste division, significantly detracts from their service offering. Pay was not competitive, regional and market management was lacking in interpersonal skills.
