Autonomy and innovation is encouraged and there is room to advance.

Cons

Silos still exist which can make making things happen difficult. Projects aren't always communicated effectively

Big company, many weeks of holidays, many benefits and big money extra. Good timetables, not very hard at the beginning

Not good, top direction joking on the face of people, decreasing benefits participation to salaries

I learned a lot. The other employees that worked for Veolia were good when it came to training and supporting thier personnel.

Cons

The upper management would not support thier employees. Not only were they not paying employees what they deserve and were not giving raises. They began to take things away, for example: I worked offshore and they paid for flights back and forth to work, month working, month off. They started to make employees pay for thier own last minute one way tickets.
