Good for a First Step

Will learn alot about hazardous waste laboratory environment. Great first job for field of study.

Cons

Management hardly takes accountability for mess-ups, miscommunication, many responsibilities, etc. Will hardly do anything to fix or alleviate employee grievances. Nepotism Management will manipulate and exploit employees to do their bidding with no incentive, despite promising them. Little to no room for growth past a certain point. Cannot trust most things management says unless it's in writing.

Complicated IT systems with no support. No one to talk to, everything has to be done by raising a ticket. Bonus driven silo mentality
