      Nobody's on the same page in my small plant

      Pros

      The pay is ok. The work isn't difficult. They'll help you get a wastewater license but I was lied to in the interview. I was told that within 12 months I'd be enrolled in courses but once I started I was told 3 years. Also, nobody mentioned that this plant goes up for bidding in 2 years and if veolia is outbid, I'm laid off. That's something that should have been mentioned before I left my previous employer.
