      Local management cares but upper level is removed and indifferent.

      Tons of overtime and you see something new every day.

      Cons

      Overworked, concerns are not addressed, management above the local offices are not involved and do not care. Environmental Specialists are the backbone of ESS and they need to be treated like it. It is no wonder the turn over rate is so bad.

      was a job, pay was alright

      say they care about employees mental health, but actually terminated me whilst signed off sick, with no actual contact to even see if i was alright stole money i had invested in shares that i was forced to sell to make ends meet after being terminated, never got any of it even after repeated contact pettyness and power trips by managers no consideration towards boots on streets workers in blazing hot weather, you will be forced to wear full uniform even if you melt
